Upon arrival, the hotel smelled like sweat and seemed quite dirty, but it was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially when addressing maintenance issues. However, the dining options were limited and there were some cleanliness issues in the common areas.
The hotel room was in need of refurbishment and a bit out of town but was convenient for sightseeing and meeting band members from The Fixx. The black mildew in the bathroom and ragged furniture were off-putting. Despite these drawbacks, having the bar and lounge open was a nice touch.
The hotel's room could use a little more updating and be bigger, but it was clean if unspectacular. The door stuck, making it a bit inconvenient, and the breakfast was not up to par. However, the service was pleasant and helpful, with some minor cleanliness issues. The location was convenient for sightseeing and close to local attractions, but lacked proper upkeep. The dining experience was rather simple and unsatisfying. The facilities were sufficient but not exceptional.
